You can control how much of your entry content is shown in your RSS feed by going to http://www.livejournal.com/admin/console and entering the following command:
set synlevel full
Setting the synlevel property to "title" will cause the RSS feed to display the subject line, and information such as the date, but none of the entry itself. This is the setting you are currently using.
This property can also be set to "summary", which will display a short part of the beginning of the entry, or "full", which will display the entire entry.
